Abstract: To set up the animal model of precancerous lesion of rat’s pancreatic acinar cellular cancer , learn its biological feature and K2ras gene code 12 mutation. Male Wistar rat s were injected Azaserine 30mg/ kg (ip) . 4 months later , rat s’pancreas were autopsied and K2ras gene code 12 mutation were detected by PCR2SSCP. The incidence of precancreous lesion of rat s’pancreatic acinar cellular cancer was 42. 1 %. Azaserine could induce precancerous lesion of rat s’pancreatic acinar cancer successfully , K2ras gene code 12 mutation was early change during this process.
